Fraser Stanley - Railcam (18.11.2014–21.03.2018)

The Railcam project was initiated by an online railway forum in 2011. The project utilises motion sensitive cameras to digitally record freight and passenger train movement in various locations throughout Australia. The artist began collecting images from the digital archive of the Railcam project in 2017. 'Railcam (18.11.2014–21.03.2018)' reconsiders this archive in the form of an artists’ book. Comprising imagery from six cameras in three locations, the book is centred around the now non-existent cameras at Mount Lofty station in South Australia. Published by Spooky Books (Melbourne).

72 pages, 15 x 23cm, softcover, Spooky Books (Melbourne).
